Day 5

Workout time: ? under 10 minutes

Work Out: 4 Hill sprints & 4 burpees between each sprint.

My legs still hurt from day two's workout, but I'm beginning to think maybe I'm supposed to know they are down there instead of being the jello existence they previously were. Before, the only time I knew my legs existed were when I would walk fast and feel them jiggle-seriously!
