Workout: Lunges
Time: 4 minutes
These didn't look hard at all- but as usual, I was wrong. Wow, talk about feeling the burn, I felt it. Thank goodness for Coach, had it not been for him I would of quit about 2o lunges earlier.

Workout time: ? under 10 minutes
Work Out: 4 Hill sprints & 4 burpees between each sprint.
My legs still hurt from day two's workout, but I'm beginning to think maybe I'm supposed to know they are down there instead of being the jello existence they previously were. Before, the only time I knew my legs existed were when I would walk fast and feel them jiggle-seriously!

Sorry Coach, I had to take today off. I've got a lot going on today with the Grad party this evening. I'm sure I'll pay for this:)
