Day 8

Day Off

My legs hurt and my neck is a little stiff today! Guess the lunges caught up with me! Coach worked with me yesterday on my position on the overhead press, though I would slowly go back to my bad position- coach was there to correct me and save my neck from hurting more than it does.

Day 7

June 2, 2009
Workout: Overhead press w/ 5lb bar, butterfly looking arm extension w/bar and standing push ups.
Total Time: 11 minutes
Total Reps: 330 give or take a few.

I feel pretty good today, nothing to sore- though I'm surprised since I did lunges yesterday. Today's workout seemed pretty easy at first until I started minute 5. At that point the 5 lb bar seemed to weigh 2o lbs.
